2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes to personal information must be reported to vasa8 without delay. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the vasa8 support team immediately. vasa8 is not liable for unauthorized activity on an account unless it is established that it occurred due to a fault in our system.

When making a deposit, please ensure you are using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be rejected.

Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at vasa8, you will receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit).
Example (already calculated):
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000; Bonus wagering = ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered
- Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳47,000
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.
- Wagering requirements must be met before placing bets with bonus balance.
- vasa8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of fraudulent use.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or the same device, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
- vasa8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Multiple individuals from the same household or family may not take advantage of the same bonus offer.
Gaming Conduct Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
vasa8 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. The outcome of all games on the platform is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
- Colluding with other players to gain a system advantage (collaborative cheating)
- Exploiting technical errors — all winnings gained through such errors will be voided
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure:
- Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financial flows
- Stealing another user's information or defrauding them
- Impersonating vasa8 staff
- Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access
- Infringing on the platform's intellectual property
VIP Program
6.1 VIP Levels and Cashback
The vasa8 VIP program has five levels. Based on your regular gaming activity, you can advance to higher levels and receive weekly cashback:

7.2 KYC Verification

If a game is disrupted due to loss of internet connection, the last verified server data will be considered final.
8.3 System Error Policy
If an abnormal amount of winnings is gained as a result of a game or system error, those winnings will be voided and the balance will be corrected. If a player continues to play with knowledge of an error, all related activity will be subject to cancellation.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 vasa8's Rights
vasa8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing a false identity or fake information
- Non-cooperation during the verification process
- Operating multiple accounts
- To meet regulatory or legal requirements
9.2 User Rights
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before account closure, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property and Content
10.1 Ownership
All content published on the vasa8 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of vasa8 or its licensors. Reproducing, republishing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
10.2 User Content
If any user posts comments, reviews or other content on the platform, they will be considered to have granted vasa8 a non-exclusive licence to use, display and distribute that content.
